Become a Hacker! Help restore our ecosystem by removing Amur honeysuckle, an invasive species threatening our natural areas. Learn effective removal techniques through live demonstrations and discover practical hacks to clear honeysuckle from your own yard.

Professional tree trimmers will be cutting honeysuckle with heavy machinery, and volunteers can pitch in from 10–11:30 a.m. or 12:30–2 p.m., or stay all day to remove honeysuckle using hand tools, drag cut brush from the woods, and enjoy family-friendly activities.

Watch for an Earth Day event in 2026 to help replant native species in areas cleared of honeysuckle.
