Hike all the Preservation Parks’ nature trails, including two new paths, this season with our Step Into Fall Challenge. Sign up for free and receive a Preservation Parks nature trail checklist to mark your journey OR register for $15 and receive a special hiking staff and custom challenge medallion (while supplies last) that you can add yourself. Add a new Hike Them All Challenge medallion to your hiking staff each year.

Registrants will be notified by email when hiking sticks and medallions are available for pickup at the Deer Haven Park Visitor Center during open hours. The trail checklist is available now.

1.) Create a free account by setting up everyone in your household who will be participating.
2.) Click on ‘Programs’ to register for the Step Into Fall Challenge program.
3. You are encouraged to opt-in to text messages to receive updates on possible park closures and other program updates. (For example, with a heavy rain event, Blues Creek often closes for a day or two due to flooding.)
4. You will have access to the Step Into Fall Trail Checklist Fillable PDF during the registration process and after you are done registering by going into your RecDesk profile.
